"1 star Would leave 0 if possible Got a policy paid as due ended policy ended auto pay when ending policy balance due = 0 got a letter in the mail saying an audit must be performed on the policy that I no longer have Agreed to do their audit (no reimbursement provided to date for accountant audit). Sent another letter in the mail saying they wanted to charge additional premium for the policy that had already been paid and completed. no help at the office Continually told "we cant do anything about it" "the audit is for the customer not for us (the insurance company)" "thats how it is" Called and was told the person that could help handle this situation was out on leave and there was no one else who could help me. estimated time on leave 6 weeks. After that wait Called 4 times, left 2 voicemails, never got a call back. Had to call in until I got an answer, if you can call their "resolution" an answer at all. Didn't even get to talk to the person that was allegedly supposed to help. Will never use this agency Will never use state farm Beware! Bait and switch style company."
